Action adventure fans are blessed this year. First with Devil May Cry 4 (which I’ve received from FutureShop finally). God of War: Chains of Olympus for the PlayStation Portable next month and then Ninja Gaiden 2 for the XBOX 360 in June.

It looks good, but not great. I like the gratuitous amount of blood and dismemberment; several steps up from Ninja Gaiden Sigma for the PS3. The regenerating health looks like it will make life a lot easier for the noobs out there who cannot comprehend enemy management or execute basic special moves. As for the hardcore audience, I’m not sure how much it will affect the gratification of conquering this game. I guess we’ll have to see in June.
