My predictions? Kinda off. Actually very off if you ignore my Nintendo DS prediction.

Oh my goodness! Look at these NPD numbers. Nintendo dominating the one and two spots with Microsoft coming in third. Sony’s PlayStation 3 comes in third which is quite the shocker considering the deals U.S. retailers were throwing out throughout the month. What’s the reason for the huge spike? Perhaps we should look at the software sales.

Modern Warfare 2 is sitting at a whopping 6, 070, 000 million units sold with the Xbox 360 version taking approximately 69% of the total sales — that could explain the Xbox 360’s surge. Or not? The rest of the major releases for November did well with Xbox 360 versions leading the way. The only thing I’m wondering is where Uncharted 2 ended up. I hope it did at least 290, 000 units this month. It deserves it.

What a month.
