I am the only person that I know who continues to watch The Simpsons. There are those who claim the best years are behind them but I still maintain that there are solid episodes coming out today’s band of writers working on the show.
I will admit that the early years (Seasons 1 – 9) contain some of my all time favorite episodes. I never paid much attention to the people who were behind all the laughs. I knew Conan O’Brien worked on the show but I couldn’t tell you which episodes he wrote until I watched this Reunion special that he held with some of the early writers.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that he wrote the “Marge vs the Monorail” and “Homer Goes to College” episodes. They’re absolute classics!
