Edge magazine declares PS4 the one to get

And with a single cover reveal, a thread of nearly 2000 posts spawned on NeoGAF and Sony has a magazine that they could frame on wall somewhere in corporate HQ.

I’m very curious how this cover story came to be and why the editors at Edge felt they could pick a horse so early in this race. The race hasn’t even officially begun yet. All we’re seeing is posturing from both sides.

I’ve picked my first horse in this race and it is the PlayStation 4 but I will be getting an Xbox One eventually. So why did Edge feel the need to pick sides? Apparently this was sent to the printers after Microsoft’s 180 so now I’m even more curious.

I wonder if this will end being one of their best selling magazines.
