I remember lamenting the end of summer not so long ago and then suddenly we’re in October. I’m well aware of each passing week because of GameDealCanada but I feel like I disconnected that daily ritual from my own reality. I still think the Premier League season just started and despite the fact that I know Tom Brady is a game away from returning from suspension, I still have this feeling that the NFL season just started last week.
I would love to know if there’s a word or phrase to describe this sensation.

I’m enjoying my time with Dragon Quest VII. I think it’s a fun remake which begged the question: Why wouldn’t Square Enix just remake Final Fantasy VII like this? It solves many of the issues that people lament. It invokes the time when the game was originally released without the dated pitfalls.
