You are right! Moms are tough, Nora of Final Fantasy XIII.
I can’t recall any iconic mothers in games. Nier had me playing as a concerned father and Persona 4’s father/detective was as cool as they come. As for mothers? They often see the protagonist off to adventures and offer comfort but that’s about it.
I don’t do anything special for Mother’s Day but that’s because I was taught to treat everyday like Mother’s Day.

Sunset Overdrive is done and now I’m a holding pattern until The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt arrives. I may start Rogue Legacy or some other small title to fill the time. Or I may just continue playing FIFA 15 and random bouts of Battlefield 4 multiplayer.
